Service 11 / 11
Slope maintenance
Planned inspection, drainage clearance, vegetation control and minor upkeep for stabilised slopes.
What it does
A stabilised slope remains an asset that needs looking after. Drains block, vegetation hides defects, fixings loosen and small erosion channels develop after weather. Geo Mana provides one-off and recurring maintenance for residential slopes and commercial assets, with direct access to the face and a clear record of what was checked, cleared or repaired.
Methodology
How the work runs
Every stage is matched to the engineer’s design and the conditions found on the face.
- 01
Baseline check
The slope, access, drainage, vegetation, visible fixings and known design information are reviewed.
- 02
Access and maintain
The crew clears agreed drainage and vegetation, inspects the face and completes minor maintenance within scope.
- 03
Identify exceptions
Movement indicators, damaged components or work requiring engineering input are photographed and escalated.
- 04
Set the next interval
A concise condition record and recommended timing for the next check are supplied.
Field proof

Questions
Common questions
How do I know if my property needs slope stabilization?+
Signs like cracks in the soil, leaning retaining walls, surface erosion, or recent slips are indicators of slope instability. If you're unsure, we can conduct a site inspection to assess the risks and recommend the right solution.
Do you offer long-term erosion control solutions?+
Yes, we provide both temporary and permanent erosion control using geotextiles, planting, slope re-shaping, and other engineered systems designed to protect land and infrastructure from ongoing surface runoff.
What areas of New Zealand do you operate in?+
Geo Mana is based in West Auckland and mobilises across New Zealand. Commercial and specialist crews can deploy nationally; residential work is assessed by scope, access and location.
